Q. Who can submit a review?
A. Anyone can submit a review. We encourage anyone to write a review of their Gearlabs purchases.

Q. Why do I have to register to submit a review?
A. You don't however, we avoid receiving anonymous, inappropriate reviews.

Q. Do all reviews get published?
A. No. We won't publish reviews that use inappropriate tags, have pricing references, contain customer-service issues, are not relevant to the product, are not written in English or contain offensive material.

Q. I submitted a review several days ago. Why is it not appearing on the site?
A. A moderator reads all reviews for appropriateness, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for your review to be approved and published.
